• Uniformed Security Officers-Mattingly Security Inc. provides Security Officers on a contractual basis only. This allows us to hire and keep excellent employees because of the regular schedules that the contracts generate. Mattingly Security Inc. has an extremely low employee turnover rate. All employees are given pre-employment and random drug test, along with background and reference checks.
• Professional Reports-One of the things that sets Mattingly Security Inc. apart from other Security companies is that we use the latest reporting and patrol monitoring systems available. Mattingly Security Inc. is able to generate professional, typed reports, and have them available for the client at anytime. These reports give detailed descriptions of pertinent information that may be important to Mattingly Security Inc. and/or the client. These reports are treated as legal documents and are often required by some insurance companies.
• Patrol Monitoring Systems-The Patrol Monitoring System is an electronic tool used by Mattingly Security Inc. to provide proof to the client and/or the client’s insurance company that any particular item is being checked at any particular time. The Patrol Monitoring Systems used by Mattingly Security Inc. is actually a very small handheld computer carried by the Security Officer. The Security Officer will scan pre-programmed “buttons” which will transfer locations, times, events etc. to the computer. The Security Officer is then able to generate a report from the information which was downloaded from the handheld computer.
• TRAINING-Mattingly Security Inc. also provides Security related training seminars.
